Each nomination will be assessed according to the following criteria:

1. Award nominations submitted by individuals on behalf of public or private sector organizations, university, or research and development institutions and non-government organizations will be considered.
2. Award Nominations should be on ground for at least 3 months for applying. No Pilot projects are eligible to apply.
3. Award Nominations only from South Asia region will be considered.
4. Award nominations from past year winners for the same project will not be considered.
5. Award nominations must provide clear and concrete information about your initiative, organization, the team involved.
6. Any single entry of nomination will not be considered under multiple categories.
7. Irrespective of the product/project language, all producer and project information must be in English.
